Late check-out is possible upon availability for a surcharge. For information, please contact the Reception.
Our hotel does not have private parking, however, parking along the street is free. Please note, on weekends and holidays the Old City tends to be crowded and we recommend parking outside of the Old City. Need help finding a spot? Contact us.
Akotika is not accessible to individuals with mobility problems and/or significant difficulty with stairs and is not suitable for small children.
We offer free wi-fithroughout all our public spaces and in all the suites.
As part of an old city with extremely thick walls, cellular reception is very poor to non-existent throughout the Old City. For your convenience we have installed phones for domestic calls in all the suites.
All suites and public spaces are smoke-free. You may smoke on the terraces.
Luggage storage is available at the Reception free of charge.
Akotika is situated in an old city, a world heritage site, and we are minded to preserving and restoring our buildings, consequently, we do not have elevators. The only way to access the Roof-Top-Terrace and most of our suites is by stairs. We suggest you wear comfortable shoes.
If you have any food allergies, please be sure to let us know at least three days prior to your arrival.
Please note there is a 17% VAT for Israeli citizens. This tax is not included in the total price of reservations made through international sites such as Booking and Expedia.
Non-Refundable bookings will be charged when reserved.
In reservations of multiple rooms, policy of reservation and cancellation will be done directly through the Reception.
Reservations including children will be done directly through the Reception.
